AIR RELATED QUESTIONS

All cruise lines highly subsidize the cost of air travel in conjunction with your cruise. The cost of the air/sea add-on supplement very seldom equals the actual price of the ticket. Furthermore, the cruise lines work with very restrictive group block air space. This prevents the cruise lines from submitting the names of cruise clients to the airlines much before 2 – 3 weeks prior to departure. Should you have a special request relative to air carrier, type of aircraft, routing, time of day, class of service, upgrades, stopovers, or similar desires please submit those requests in writing to our agency prior to 60 days before departure. There will be a service fee from the cruise line to confirm the request in addition to any fare differential.
Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

PLEASE REFER TO THE MOST CURRENT CRUISE LINE BROCHURE FOR OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO SECTION REGARDING CANCELLATION & REFUNDS.
